Summary	0010731: Folder Browser: Playback and navigation enhancements
Description	Browsing is working more than correctly, but there is few enhancements that we need to make in order to be more friendly: 1. Add long press gestures especially on Library folder browsing to be able to play selected folder(s) 2. Play shuffle do not work on open folder 3a. Library -> Storage should be named Library -> Internal Storage 3b. Root folder for Library -> Storage should be Storage/emulated/0 like it is for files 4. Library -> Storage should also show path like for Files 5. Title while browsing Library folders should show full path instead of just folder name 6. Back button from Main Browser window crashes MMA Logs are uploaded 7. 0 Bytes Files should be ignored/not shown even they have correct extension 8. Title Icon do not have assigned function 9. There is no need for ".." Title Icon could be used for falling back one folder structure unless we add its functionality as global in 8. 10. Playable files should have assigned icon (eg. same as those without Album art) as it will make things more consistent to existing behavior/look Lower priority: 11. Browsing Folders even thru Files that are on MMA library should show Album art and statistics (eg. number of tracks)

jiri 2013-04-15 08:01 administrator ~0035625	Generally speaking I agree, just: 3&4. This should be slightly more improved, similarly to the MM8 implementation. It means to not show the root folder, but the first folder with a real content (i.e. not having only one subfolder with a content). So, for example if I have music in IS\My Data\Media\Music and ES\Music, the root view would look like: --- Music IS\My Data\Media\ --- Music ES\ --- 5. There's no enough space for this on most devices, I'd suggest to rather show just folder name, but followed by full path in parenthesis. E.g.: 'Music (Internal storage/My Data/Media)'. It would be cut and only whatever fits the screen would be shown. 7. Not sure about this one, I'd rather show them in order to avoid confusion. 8. Right, I think that in order to maintain consistency with UPnP, it should return to the Root Folder view and another click would return to the Home screen. 9. Agreed, '..' should be removed, it doesn't exist in the Library view anyway. 10. I don't understand. New icons will be created by Matej though. 11. I wouldn't care about it for now.

Similar shorting is used on our Forum and it is also common for HTTP links. So users should be familiar with it. Regarding Root representation it is even better than I thought of. 7. Right, what about a separate icon to show user that file is unplayable? 10. I know that, Marek wasn't clear enough if new file icon will be created. Currently all files are just plain listed and I was thinking that Prefix Icon would be nice and consistant with other MMA listings. 11. Agree, it would be nice but as pointed not a priority at all
