Summary0010766: Upgrade to build 1633 can start as portable (regression)
DescriptionWhen I install MMW build 1633 on top of build 1632, all previous settings are lost--the installation proceeds as if it's a clean install (both the DB and the settings are lost).

Moreover, each time it is run, the following error occurs:
Language File can't be downloaded try to Download and install it manually from http://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/languages/
[OK]

Note: on my system, mm is installed to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey4\

I've been regularly upgrading this installation of the course of the MM 4.1 test cycle and this is the first build that has triggered such a problem.

I see, you had installed MM as portable previously, and then you installed normal version to the same folder.

It is fixed by reveting 0010759, 0010680

Note that I haven't set fixed in 1634, because 1633 was only internal build that hasn't been posted.

Note that the language download error appears, because we haven't published language packs for 4.1 yet.
We need to translate new strings and add the languages to
http://www.mediamonkey.com/sw/lang/4.1/
at first.

e.g. currently they are only for 4.0 as
http://www.mediamonkey.com/sw/lang/4.0/cs.mmip
