Summary | 0010811: Rip allows to rip to C:folder
Description | MediaMonkey allows user to omit \ in the Destination Mask. This may affect other areas as well. The problem that arises is that c:folder and c:\folder are not seen as the same so files can be added from both locations to the Library.

I see the C: prefix is just ignored and file is created inside the MM install folder. Also if you create file "C:aaa.txt" in Total Commander then the C: is ignored and the result is same as if you create file "aaa.txt". |

Fixed in build 1639. |

To better explain nature of issue as it is by design back from old MS-DOS time and path naming rules: - Entering c: in CMD will bring you to current folder on C: in MMW case that is folder where mediamonkey.exe resides - If you enter D:aaa.txt than aaa.txt will be created in current folder of d: drive I would leave as it was designed, but I'm Ok with fix in 1640 and it can be closed. |

Closing solution didn't get us more negative feedback. |
