Summary	0010897: Swipe Action restarts playback on paused Track
Description	When user pause track and than swipe to change tracks playback automatically starts. Sometimes when user wants to check Lyrics to tracks in Now playing but do not wants to listen them while checking and pauses playback changing track automatically starts playback.

rusty 2013-05-22 14:09 administrator ~0036138	This behavior isn't specific to swiping--it occurs whenever 'Next' is clicked. This was by design, on the assumption that in most cases, if the user clicks 'next' the intent is to play the next track. If users complain, we can re-open the issue.
