Summary0010975: Advanced searching for 'Extension' and 'Parental Rating' can be faster
DescriptionI've revised some SQL queries and found that queries like
Search -> Advanced -> 'Extension' equals 'FLAC'
Search -> Advanced -> 'Parental Rating' equals 'PG-12'
can be faster.

 Fixed in build 1643.

Note that they could be even faster by introducing new table for file extensions and by modifying relation between ParentalRatings and Songs table.

Verified 1643 I get increase about 30% when extension is used
