| Description | 1. Unplug iPhone 2. Go to Tools -> Options -> Portable Device Sync and delete corresponding iPhone profile 3. Re-plug the device => New profile is created, but doesn't include any audio formats, result is that MP3 is not listed as supported and thus all audio is auto-converted to MP3 and for non-gold users is not synced to the device at all! | ||||
