Summary	0011424: Remote sync-list configuration fails when MMW is restarted during configuration
Description	If MMA remains on a sync-list config page (e.g. Auto-sync server content -> Playlists), but MMW is restarted while making config changes then the (un)checks doesn't take effect (MMA reports "unable to contact remote server") until the config level is reloaded. i.e. until user goes one level up and down again in MMA.
