This bug is consistently reproducible using build 183. It seems that Search functionality is completely broken--it fails to work even when clicking it directly from the home screen. Here's how to reproduce the failure and crash: 1 From the home screen, click any subnode (e.g. Tracks) 2 Click Search --> Nothing happens 3 Click 'Back' --> Crash and debug logs uploaded |
It works without issue on my devices, but unfortunately your debug log wasn't received. Your log should be saved in folder MediaMonkey/logs please put the file to ftp. |
Note that further testing reveals that there are two different bugs: 1) Clicking the Search button fails. The icon briefly flashes, and nothing happens. 2) Clicking a subnode (e.g. Tracks), and then clicking the 'MediaMonkey' icon in the Action Bar to go back to the main menu triggers a crash. |

I just tested on a 3rd test device, Xperia Pro/ICS and both bugs occur exactly in the manner described above. I've also uploaded a debug log to the ftp server. |
It is caused by different package name in manifest. It works with release build. |
