Summary | 0011960: Playlists tracks always display in alphabetic order (regression)
Description | In build 233, after syncing, playlist tracks always display in alphabetic order. e.g. for playlist with titles: z.. a.. b.. After syncing the playlist, on the device the playlist appears as: a.. b.. c..

Tested. I can reproduce. According received DIDL, MMW sorts the content of playlist. |
This is side effect of adding new feature 0011792 MMA sends sort criteria as +dc:title , so actually it is MMA that wants so that MMW sorts them by title ascending. The same goes when you browse playlists from UPnP in MMA. Assigned to Marek to fix it on MMA side (to not send this sort criteria) |
Fixed in build 235 |
Tested MMA 235 against MMW 1698 and playlists that are in alphabetical order aren't fixed (even if the order of the tracks is changed). |
Further testing shows that the issue is fixed--it just takes a bit of time?! |
