Summary	0011978: Seek bar refuses to work at the end of FLAC files
Description	When there's left about 10 seconds until the end of a FLAC file playback, seek bar won't let you change it's position until it reaches the end point. Version 4.0.7. behaves the same, so it does not seem to be a regression.

michal 2014-03-24 10:08 developer ~0039986	I've found out, that is is common problem for all "nonWinamp" input plugins. It is the same for f_aac_codec (you have to remove in_mfaudio plugin to force MM4 to use f_aac_codec).
