| Description | I have not being able to replicate personally after talking to user it looks like deleting "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MediaMonkey" and restarting MMW fixes the error "Error during player initialization." on MMW startup. | ||||

I wonder how and what has corrupted the registry. If you have a user observing this issue please ask him to export his "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MediaMonkey" branch so that we could find more. If we don't have further info then just KB article should be enough. EDIT: And also MediaMonkey.ini would be good to get in such a case as it could also get corrupted. |

@Ludek Deleting "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MediaMonkey" for this user also if it happen again than I'll ask him for export. Most likely Player registry info got somehow instructed MMW to render player outside Window and or screen so engine could not init. Till then Assigning to me for adding KB article. |
