Summary0012722: Profile Lost settings
DescriptionAfter upgrade from 416 scan locations was lost resulting in Playlist got Empty and only way was to regain access to tracks and do previous set external stoerage and was to:
1. Reselct locations in Options
2. Delete Playlists
2a. Even playlists were deleted WiFi sync said all is in sync
3. reselect Sync Server and select external storage
4. delete Internal storage profile in MMW (it asked access right on first sync)
5. restart sync.

After that all sync worked. LOG prior to above steps is sent from MMA

 Newer log is after successful sync and above steps

Behavior is like reported in 0012658

MMA library was not deleted as of build 411 Only upgrades were done 415 had no issues and playlists were synched.

According IM conversation, Peke was able to replicate losing scan locations. I also received log for 0012809 but this log didn't contained it (similarly to two logs from this issue).

Could you please try to reinstall MMA a then send me another log right after you reinstall and find out that the locations are missing?

Peke sent me two logs that should contain logs from situation when the paths disappear:

Description: after install

Unfortunately I didn't found these logs on hockey app. Probably due to network problem (Peke was on vacation)? Peke, could you please resend these logs?

Resolving, last two times that happen it was related that Update Google music Unmount SD card and remount and scan it correcly only after Phone restart.

Any tracks that were on SD card got Unknown flag as explained in 0012658
