Test notes:

On my device it is working fine. Tested with iPod Touch 5 + the latest iTunes 12.3.0.44 (64 bit) + iOS 9.0.1 (13A404) + Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

but some users indicated that they needed to re-install the drivers:
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=82340&p=414354&hilit=+ios+9+#p414182

Also it seems that whenever there is more than one instance of MM running then there can be AV in MediaMonkey64Helper.exe process,
tracked as 0012861

On my system (iOS 9.0.1/iTunes 12.3.0.44/MMW 4.1.9.1761), the device wasn't getting recognized (AV in 'iTunesMobileDevice.dll'). Uninstalling/re-installing itunes solved the problem, though it's also possible that the problem was related to > 1 instances of MMW running.
