Summary | 0012824: Playing video over UPnP ignores video player settings
Description | If the user attempts to play a video over UPnP, then MMA is always used as the player regardless of whether the 'use MMA as player' setting is enabled or not. This is problematic, since some videos fail to seek correctly in MMA, but do play correctly in other players. Setting as urgent on the assumption that this is trivial to fix.

Tested 468 and this is partially working: the dialog prompting the user to choose which app to use to play the track appears, however, files that are opened in MX Player (that don't play in MMA), fail to play generating a 'can't play this file' error in MX Player. In contrast, when the same file is opened via Bubble UPnP (over UPnP) or via Samba, MX Player plays the file correctly. The file should play when accessed via MMA . |

I have found that MMA skip to next track when video is not supported and next track start to play in external player. I have fixed the issue to next build and improved logs. Whether the issue still persist, please send your log. Thanks. Fixed in build 1.1.3.469. |
