Summary | 0012872: Changing 'Type' causes Artist metadata to delete
Description | If the user selects a Track/Album and edits the 'Type', then after clicking 'OK', the Album/Track disappears from the Search view. Refreshing the view (by exiting and re-entering) causes it to re-appear, but it shouldn't be necessary to refresh the view. Note: a user reported that changing the type in 1.1.2 caused the Artist metadata to actually be deleted, however, I was unable to replicate that (see: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=82213#p413816 )

I think that Track/Album is not disappeared, but moved in the list, because search result is ordered for tracks by type ASC, title ASC and for albums by type ASC, album ASC. Otherwise I can replicate issue reported by user. To replicate it I had to select more tracks with different media artists. I fixed that in 1.1.3.483 |

Verified 483. Moving the refresh issue to another lower priority bug. |
