Summary0013074: Auto-playlist configuration is limited
DescriptionIn auto-playlist configuration user can either select to match ALL or ANY criteria, but cannot combine them like in iTunes

The consequence is that users need to create overcomplex auto-playlist structures resulting in 0013070

Together with implementation of the above we should also:

a) change the format in which AP criteria are stored (from encoded INI string to JSON) and thus make it no longer backward compatible with the MM4 format

b) currently only _is_ operator is presented for Mood, Occation, Tempo. We should add _is_not_ as suggested by LowLander over IM

 Implemented in 2064.

Added the nested criteria + added 'is not' for Occassion, Tempo, Quality, Mood

Just 'Filter duplicates' checkbox was not added per Jiri's request.
Duplicates handling is going to be solved more generally accross the MM5 UI.
