Summary0013283: Display error message when MTP failure would result in a duplicate profile
DescriptionIn cases where MMW can't recognize a device, and specifically when attempts to access /MediaMonkey/ or /Android/... locations returns an MTP error (i.e. not when they just simply don't exist), MMW should give the user feedback that a failure has occurred rather than creating a duplicate sync profile that will anyhow fail due to MTP instability.

Originally, the following message was proposed:
MediaMonkey is unable to match this device to an existing profile. If you've previously synced this device, this is most likely because the media transfer process on the device is frozen. Please try rebooting the device and then syncing or using Wi-Fi sync instead.

However, on further thought, the following is simpler/less confusing:
The USB media transfer process on your device appears to be frozen. Please disconnect your device and reboot it. If the problem recurs, please use Wi-Fi Sync instead.

Note: this same wording can also be used for 0013280, except that for 0013280, the middle sentence is:
If the situation persists for longer than 5-10 minutes, disconnect your device and reboot it.

Note that the text/wording that I used is:

"MediaMonkey is unable to match device [Device Name] to an existing profile. This is most likely because the media transfer process on the device is frozen. Please try rebooting the device and then syncing or using Wi-Fi sync instead."

Per IM discussion the wording changed to

'The USB media transfer process is having trouble connecting to [DEVICE NAME]. Please disconnect your device and reboot it. If the problem recurs, please use Wi-Fi Sync instead.'
