Summary	0013504: 'Show all' (recursively) tweaks
Description	There are a couple of improvements needed re. the show all recursively functionality in the Locations nodes: 1) It functions as a toggle, but the toggle status isn't displayed. i.e. if enabled, it should appear enabled. 2) The position of the button should be moved to the left of the list/detail button (since that button is always positioned as the rightmost item). 3) When enabled, it's unclear exactly which folders are being recursively displayed because the breadcrumbs indicator isn't updated (and because child folders can be selected). The simple fix is to update the breadcrumb to indicate resursive status (see image).
