| Description | Although [Install as service] button is presented in Options > Media Sharing is actually does nothing upon clicking. The code need to be ported from MM4. I temporary removed [Install as service] button until the functionality is implemented. | ||||

Implemented in 2066. Note that the service architecture was modified and thus also the service for MM5 has different name/id (than in MM4). - MM4 launched MediaMonkeyService.exe as service app which launched another MediaMonkey.exe - in MM5 the MediaMonkeyEngine.exe is launched as the only EXE (running as service) |
