Summary	0014328: Now Playing view needs view switcher
Description	Currently the Now Playing views are switched by right click anywhere in the main view and 'Choose Layout' menu item. The layout would better be available in the main toolbar View Selector, as we do in other views. The other choices for the pop-up menu could be available in the View Selected, e.g. the behavior of the background image, but it isn't critical.
