Summary	0014674: Issues when switching skins
Description	1) If the user switches from MD skin and then back to Monkey Groove skin --> Window formatting gets messed up (see title bar in the attached) 2) Each time the user switches skins, MM5 takes about 10 seconds, and flashes a couple of times before it finally switches. It should be instantaneous.

rusty 2018-03-16 18:21 administrator ~0049720	Tested 2091. 1) Verified the fix 2) Switching skins still results in numerous flashes and it takes about 8s before the new skin appears.
