Summary	0014759: Crash on startup (regression build 2100)
Description	When doing a clean install of build 2100, MM crashes when it is first run: 1 Install and run 2 Don't import settings from MMW 4 --> MD Dark skin appears and MM crashes (which is interesting because I wasn't aware that we had switched to this skin as a default)! 3 After the Debug log is submitted, a 'notifyReady wasn't called from JS for 10 seconds!!' error occurs and MM is non-responsive (see attached). Fixed in build

rusty 2018-04-20 17:26 administrator ~0050048	One possibly related issue: with this build, I notice that after terminating all MM processes, MMHelper.dll _always_ remains open (it can't be deleted) until I terminate other apps with which it's associated. Also, further testing shows that the issue occurs with build 2099 now as well, so it must be triggered by some sort of system change (since build 2099 installed correctly previously).
