Summary	0014769: Issues with skin borders
Description	There are a couple of skin artifacts related to the borders of skins: 1) All skins have a light blue margin on the top edge (this is part of Windows frames, but it normally appears around all 4 borders of a window). 2) The Monkey Groove skin has a strange black border that doesn't look right.

rusty 2018-05-07 19:12 administrator ~0050211	Tested 2103 and it's much better though there remain a couple of small issues: Material Design (Blue): looks good Material Design (Dark): There's a grey border around the outside. Shouldn't it be orange--similar to the MD (blue) skin? (minor) Monkey Groove: The top border of the skin (just above the menu bar) is thicker than the side borders. They should be equivalent in thickness.
