Peke indicated that it is related to particular CD, based on the log the last rip frame was 250879, so it was in the middle of 22th track (from total 23 tracks) on the CD. It looks that I cannot do much about this, it simply has frozen during CD reading operation (it is either something in Primo engine and/or CD driver or CD drive's issue).

Peke is preparing ISO for me to check and is trying on the newest demo of PrimoBurner http://www.primoburner.com/download-try/ to see whether update could help.

CD ripper doesn't seem to be between the Primo's samples :-/
The code about CD ripping would need to be rewritten anyway because of API/interface changes in PrimoBurner v4 ( see ~44293 )

Moving target to MM5

Peke indicated that DiscCopy sample from the latest PrimoBurrner version (4.7) crashes, so the Primo's update wouldn't solve this issue (probably).

New log and video file uploaded to FTP.
As talked offline changing MMW settings to use single thread/cpu and rip to WAV made things slower and I think log file is better to determine what is going on.

It still fails in the middle of any RIP operation, but it do not crash at all, except user need to reinsert CD to continue RIP.

Also WAV File is created even RIP for track fail and on rerip user need to select overwrite.

Based on the log and video it seems that the CD or the drive is not in a good condition, it ripped tracks 1-15 successfuly, but reported failure for tracks 16-23 (at 5:00 of video), then after re-try it even failed to read TOC of the CD ("Table of Contents of CD-ROM J: was not read successfully." and "Unable to decode..." errors) then after a while the TOC was read successfully again and the tracks 16-23 has been finally successfully ripped.
Maybe the CD washing or drive laser adjusting would fix the issue?

Anyhow I don't see how to tweak it in MMW (except for improving error messaging).
