Summary | 0015349: Auto-Tag: album art often fails to get looked up
Description | From nnn) at #14224. Album art doesn't get looked up for certain tracks even though they may be fairly popular. Examples: What I like about you, Starboy, Rhianon Petr indicated that this is because artwork lookup in coverarchive.org is based on release group ID, so probably they have no artwork for it, however, regardless of whether this is true, it doesn't make sense for artwork to not be found for tracks that are very popular (e.g. Starboy, Rhianon, and What I like about you are all well-known tracks). Here are some more examples: Breathe by Erasure Trouble by Pink Like a Virgin by Madonna

I've found a couple of additional cases of this issue (tested with 2150): Incorrect Album Art Recommendations: The 411 - Between the sheets Buggin - True Steppers. When choosing the album 'True Stepping' artwork for a different album is recommended. |
