Summary | 0000155: New Setup Option: Default Thread Priority
Description | It would be nice if the setup dialog allowed the user to set an option for the default thread priority. Perhaps even to configure thread priority for different type of operations?
Additional Information | Related to bug #465 (lower default thread priorities).
Tags | No tags attached. | ||||
Fixed in build | |||||

For some operations, the thread priority depends on the user's context. e.g. if the user is listening to music with a number of plug-ins, they'd probably want to rip a cd at 'lower' priority so as not to interrupt playback. If they were in a rush, they'd do it at higher. For these types of operations, the default should be modifiable in the relevant menu. More specifically, the Rip CD, and Convert dialogs should allow the user to change the default priorities if they wish. |

It was resolved a long time ago (one setting for all cases). |
