Summary | 0015609: Crash while MM5 is 'Synchronizing MediaMonkey Server'
Description | While MM5 build 2171 is 'Synchronizing MediaMonkey Server' in the background --> crash Log ID: DCB2926A I'm saving the log to the ftp server because it looks like the log may not have been sent.

In the crash log I see "The application seems to be frozen" exception, UI thread frozen in libcef.dll | cef_collect_garbage There is also last 200 seconds of debug log -- where is surprisingly nothing related to sync. Please generate standard debug log (using DbgView) started prior to MM5 start and prior to sync with MMS so that I can see all the log. |
|
Also I see that DCB2926A is the crash log that you posted also to the 0015592 (is within Bug_15592_crashlog_and_debug_build_2171.7z ) So you probably just posted an incorrect crash log? So please generate standard debug log (using DbgView) started prior to MM5 start and prior to sync with MMS so that I can see all the log + the proper crash log. |
|
I'm not sure if this is the same problem, since a crashlog didn't result. 1) initiated sync --> scanning of server tracks in progress 2) clicked the 'all tracks' icon in Devices&Services > MediaMonkey Server --> scanning froze 3) Attempted to close MM --> MM frozen (no crashlog resulted) Debug Log posted to ftp |
