Description | 1. If External/IHot-Plugable Device (HDD) is Scanned into library it also create sync device (With Incorrect Info) which also cluttering Devices and services node and list of devices. [RED] Note: SAMSUNG2 and Win7 are internal Drives connected on Hot Swapable SATA Ports 2. We should somehow sort that by introducing Old Devices cleanup. [GREEN] | ||||

I don't think that a change is required. 1) This works same as in MM4, such a profiles (for external HDDs) are "Disabled" by default, this corresponds to the 'Show' column in [MM4 > Options > Portable device/sync] The profiles are shown only when user expands the list of devices in 'Devices & Services' by clicking the Show all label -- to view all profiles like in MM4 > Options 2) The old devices/profiles can still be deleted, just right-click > Delete. Or use the three dots menu > Delete. I've just fixed the "Last synced" for the disabled profiles (in 2186) |

OK I agree, Wonder if you can change Show all devices order so that Disabled Devices are always on the end of list? |

They already are, see your screenshot, the disabled are at the end of the list. |

Verified in Both 2186 and 2187 I was expecting to be able to remove old devices in batch, but manual remove always worked like that. Closing |
