Summary0015879: Player: rating tooltip persists
DescriptionIf 'Rating' is enabled for the player, then on hover, a 'Rating' tooltip appears and persists until the user accesses another portion of the UI! It shouldn't persist.

 Resolving, this issue is still fixed by other related code changes made before.
