Summary | 0016008: Hotkeys: Repeatable key actions steps configuration
Description | It could be useful to make it possible to change steps on repeating hotkeys eg. - Mouse Scroll wheel can be used to increase/decrease Volume, but there is no way to configure % steps (If system setting is 1 Line It takes large number of scrolling to lower volume) - Left/Right Arrow can be used to seek thru song , but there is no way to configure steps in seconds

Things like this probably better work right out of the box, without any configuration. I think that it'd make more sense to: 1. Mouse scroll would change volume by 1%, but also implement some dynamic increase, so that if there's more than 1 change within a short time period, the increase is larger (like 5% or so, to be tested). 2. Something similar could also be implemented for left/right arrows, even though I'm not sure it's really needed here, as the default 5 seconds seems to be granular enough and auto-repeat takes care of the rest. |
