| Description | Using build 1891 on iPhone 7 with iOS 13 MMW never finish Scanning device and proceed with sync. Image of device and full log supplied in Ticket. I retested with iPod touch and could not reproduce the issue. | ||||

User confirmed that the DLL solved the problem. He has another issue (only the newly synced tracks are visible by MM & iTunes), I don't know how this could happen, the only idea that I have is that user unplugged the USB cable while MM was still finishing the synchronization and just writing the iTunesCDB file. Trying to get more info from the user via the ticket GNK-420-16733 Possible remedy is implementing 0012266 Fixed in 1892 |
