Verified 2212. There's just one thing that I'm not clear on: In the Music node, switching between search modes works as originally described: 1 Click Home > Music 2 Type 'Beatles' --> Search results appear 3 Switch to Global Search via the search bar dropdown --> Global search bar opens with the search term and global search results appear i.e. Home > Search:Beatles 4 Click 'x' on the Global Search bar --> MM returns to Home > Music > Search:Beatles But if the user: 1 Switches to Music > All tracks 2 Type 'Beatles' --> Search results appear 3 Switch to Global Search via the search bar dropdown --> Global search bar opens with the search term and global search results appear i.e. Home > Search:Beatles 4 Click 'x' on the Global Search bar --> MM returns to Music > All tracks I'm not sure why MM behaves differently in the second case--I would think that both cases should behave the same, though I wonder whether the second behavior might be preferable. |

The difference is there as contextual search for collection isn't actually contextual search, but rather global search with results limited to the current collection. I would rather say (unlike you) that the first behavior might be preferable, but this is quite a minor issue, so leaving as is and resolving. |
