| Description | 1 Auto-tag tracks in an Album 2 Lookup image, and apply a second image to the tracks on the the Album 3 Select _one_ track on the album, right-click Properties > Album Art and select and delete the new image, and apply the change to all tracks on the Album --> Image appears to be deleted from all the tracks evidenced by clicking each of the tracks and looking at the Preview window --> BUT,(1) MM5 doesn't show any status indicating an image update for each of the 10 tracks--it just shows a message 'One file to be tagged' and that message never goes away! note: selecting one track and adding an image to all tracks on an album works; also selecting all tracks on an album and deleting one of multiple images works. It's only the above case that fails. 4 Cancel tagging process in the status bar --> (2) Process appears to be cancelled, BUT it shows up as ongoing in the 'wheel' status indicator and never completes! note: the fact that the two status indicators behave independently is probably a completely separate bug. 5 Close MM --> (3) Crashlog ID: CB5937CC 6 Restart MM --> (4) All of the updates that had appeared to take effect at step 3 are undone! https://www.screencast.com/t/v3AnDNBl6FYv | ||||

I cannot reproduce at all. But many changes were made already, please retest, if this is still an issue. |

Tested 2247 and I'm still able to replicate the problem either by adding or removing artwork and applying to all tracks on the album (though it's a different crashlog than in the past. Replicated as follows: 1 Open the Jan Arden album in Browser view 2 Select the first track, click Properties > Artwork Tab 3 Lookup image (in order to add a second image) 4 Re-order the images 5 Tag (with save to other tracks on the album enabled) --> Crash: CC730000 6 Restart MM --> All tracks have the updated artwork except for the first one https://www.screencast.com/t/e6Yo4d119 |

Fixed in build 2251. The fix should solve more problems and possible freezes during saving tags. |
