Description | When synching files with unsynhed tags to portable device. In case that tags are corrupted in unsynched files they also will be on portable device. MM should Synch before/after copy that file to device to be sure that all tag values are correct. | ||||

I see the value in this, but I think that it would be better to encourage the user to fix the tracks prior to device sync. My main worry is that it could cause inferred information to be added to tags even if the user didn't want it if tracks are synced back from the device to the PC. Jiri, thoughts? |

I agree with Rusty, although it could be useful sometimes, it's rather up to the user to have correct tags. |

After the years pasted of bug adding, I would also agree with you two. MM is much evolved from the time bug was added and users have multiple choices on how to correct their tags even with grater accuracy than back in 04 so basically there is no reason why user wants to have invalid tags in files except the tags are saved Invalid and located in files on Read-Only Devices like CD/DVDs and would need to re-burn them with Correct tags. |
