It is more general issue - MM5 always uses move of selected files during Play Next/Play last actions inside NP list. But MM4 uses copy for tracks up to currently playing track and move only for the next tracks.

Reopen not fully fixed
Test Note 1: I have tested with only one track in Now Playing -> Playback Stop (Not Paused) -> Right click -> Play Next -> Nothing Happen (Sometimes)
Test Note 2: Load several songs onto playlist Play one track -> Right Click on Next Track -> Play Next -> Right click on same track -> Play next -> Nothing added.
Test case 3: In some cases Track just move as Next track (Not sure how to constantly trigger it)
Test case 4: Play prev to last track on NP -> Right click on Last track -> Play next -> Nothing
Test case 5: Ad track twice in NP at pos 2 and as prev to last -> Play prev to last track on NP -> Right click on Last track -> Play next -> MM5 Focuses current track on pos 2 -> doble click to play prev to last looks like two track are playing (Pic Attached)

Peke, I think, you missed the point of the fix. MM4 uses copy for tracks up to currently playing track and move for the next tracks, this issue fixed it in MM5, so the behavior is the same. So nearly all cases just describe the correct behavior, it should work like this. Play Next on file, that is already set as playing next, really should do nothing, etc.
Probably the only bug is the last one, but I cannot reproduce it. |

Easier repro steps for 5)
1) play file X
2) choose Play Next on this playing file
3) double-click this just added duplicite of track X |

Bit different behavior than MM4 but as talked offline it is better to leave it as is. |
