Summary | 0016632: 'Set as sync target' prompts the user to set the target twice (regression 2246)
Description | If the user navigates to Folders > <foldername> and right-clicks 'Set as sync target...', and clicks [Yes] --> MM prompts the user with a dialog asking to choose the sync target a second time! Or am I misunderstanding the functionality?

This is regresison in 2246 introduced when fixing item 5) in 0016558 Fixed in 2251 |

The issue when adding a folder via Folders > <Foldername> is resolved. However, if the user navigates to Devices & Storage and clicks '+' to add a local sync folder, then MM doesn't identify it/show the path (i.e. it just appears as Devices & Services > Local folder >). Note: I didn't actually test out whether it works because it's unclear where it'll sync to on the local drive. |
|
It shows the path on the Summary page in the Sync root: __<path>___ line at the bottom. You probably mean that the storage profile name should reflect the selected path, moved to 0016646 and fixed together in 2252. |
