| Description | 1) If the user auto-tags tracks in a directory in such a manner that the operation affects the sort order of the tracks --> the list renders incorrectly with some duplicates. e.g. 1 Navigate to Location > Path > Compilation CD Directory [List view: sorted by path (which results in sort by Track#)] 2 Select tracks 3,4, and 7 of the compilation CD and initiate auto-tag --> Tracks are looked up from their original albums (i.e. different artwork, album name, track#s) 3 Accept the changes --> Some of the changed tracks appear in duplicate (correct metadata is overwritten with duplicate metadata) 4 Press F5 or Click a track in the list --> view is refreshed and the duplicate tracks disappear; they're replaced with the correct metadata You can see this at (up to about 2m30s): https://www.screencast.com/t/nIRBxz03 Note: a similar issue appeared within 0016422 | ||||

2) I just noticed another similar problem: tracks in the Folders node appear in duplicate after scanning them. e.g. 1 Navigate to Folders > Path > Directory containing 1 file [Custom List view with folders] --> file appears 2 Press INSERT to scan the folder --> folder is scanned and the file appears in duplicate! |
