| Description | According to user on same network he tries to play same file from MMW 1910 and one device works, where other device do not work. Devices in question are Samsung BD-J5700 (one that fail to play file) https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/BD-J5700/ZC/ and Samsung BD-E6500 (one that plays file normally) https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/BD-E6500/ZC/ In Ticket user supplied Log Files from both devices here both devices tries to play same file "C:\Users\micha\Videos\TV Shows\Drama\The Prisoner (1967)\The Prisoner (1967) - S01E01 - Arrival.mp4" served as "/%5CTV%5CSeries%5CThe%20Prisoner%20(1967)%5CItemID=8525.mp4" I asked user to supply Media Info about the file to see if BD-J5700 do not support playback. | ||||

In the logs I don't see much differences.
