Summary | 0016890: Crash caused by change in Google Search
Description | There have been numerous crashlogs earlier this week and several users have reported MMA crashing repeatedly for unknown reasons. Logs indicate that it's in relation to an update to an update to the the client "https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox" which is connected as MediaBrowserClient and some SQL queries fail. Note: - the number of reports was high at the beginning of the week and then tapered down, so it's possible that there were multiple updates to the app. - the problematic functionality can be accessed via the Google Search box OR via Android Auto as both use the same interface
Steps To Reproduce | I haven't been able to replicate the issue--even with an S10 (the same device upon which the issue was originally reported).
