In addition, on my machine, whenever MM5 is playing and the user hovers over the MM icon, it just shows an 'hourglass' as if it's trying to load the album art (even though the album art is displayed in MM). |

For me the artwork is shown correctly, but when I hover over the artwork in the taskbar preview then the main window is showing already closed dialogs. The closed dialogs are auto-hidden once I move mouse outside of the taksbar preview. i.e. the original issue reported by LowLander |

On a new laptop running Win11 + MM5 build 2685 portable: - When tracks are playing, the taskbar preview displays artwork as expected - When tracks are playing and the user clicks 'Next', the taskbar preview briefly flashes the MM5 UI before the next artwork image appears! e.g. 1 Hover on the MMW taskbar icon --> preview appears 2 Click the '>>' (NEXT) button in the Preview --> the window flashes (with an image of the MM window) before displaying the next track's artwork - When tracks aren't playing, and the user hover on the taskbar preview, MM is displayed with the previously opened dialog in black (see image) as originally reported by LL (see replication steps at 0019558)! |
