Re-opened: During testing #15575 I found that if user installs just the standalone Apple Mobile Device Support per http://oldsvr.mediamonkey.com/support/?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/270 then MM4/MM5 still reports "An Iphone/iPod/iPad connection was detected. Please install iTunes Desktop version .... Fixed in 1913/2268 |

Verified on an iPhone X (running iOS 13.x). |

Re-opened: There is one user (Rich C.) for who: - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\ directory no longer exist: EXPECTED after the recent iTunes install (as the newest iTunes removes it) - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apple Inc.\Apple Application Support\InstllDir value was still presented: UNEXPECTED (iTunes should remove it also) MediaMonkey was confused by it and wanted to load the CoreFoundation.dll from there (instead of from the iTunes directory). Fixed in 4.1.31.1915 and merged to 5.0.0.2271 (SVN revision 36628). Confirmed the fix via emails by supplying new MediaMonkey64Helper.exe |
