Summary	0017036: Options: Streaming options not working correctly
Description	I have found that Tools -> Options -> Player -> Streaming options Panel is not working correctly in some cases 1. Clicking on Play to Dropdown -> Multizone sometimes makes dialog shown in Background and Whole MM5 Window can blink white for ms on close 2. If Multi zone is selected and user clicks drop down there is no configuration icon like when you click on "Play to" icon in player. Expected that settings icon should be always shown right of Dropdown and point/shortcut to correct dialog like Settings in player "Play to"

Still can happen to show behind (it showed first time option is opened after 2273 update), also flickering is correct (Video file) 2. on same video you added Configuration button (text Configure ...) instead of Just Configuration Icon that would also save space 3. Configuration do not show immediately on opening Streaming option but with delay that makes it flicker 4. There is an delay on showing selected streaming option (also seen in Video)
