DescriptionSkin change in some cases creates double Tray icon (most likely due the forced restart on close timeout)

Always show tray icon is enabled in General options.

Note: Doesn't happen on non debug version due the faster closing eg. not triggering force close.

 Issue would be resolved for skin switching if 0017898 is put into effect.
