Summary	0017450: Generating a thumbnail for the playing video causes video to freeze
Description	The outcome of this bug is similar to 0017407, but Petr indicates that it's a different issue: 1 Play Music Video 2 Switch to Playing [Album] 3 Right click on the Preview Window and 'Save Thumbnail' to generate a new thumbnail --> Video freezes
