Summary | 0018050: Can't add multiple Artworks using Browse from Lookup Image window / Add Cover disappears
Description | 1) When using Browse in the Lookup Image window you can't select multiple Artworks (which was possible in MediaMonkey 4) to add in one go. 2) When dragging multiple Artwork files onto Artwork the wrong Add cover dialog can become the top dialog, hiding the active dialog forcing a close through Task Manager 3) After D&D of a non-Artwork file onto Properties > Artwork you can no longer D&D an Artwork file onto the Artwork tab
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Multiple Artworks through Browse via Lookup Image 1 Open Properties > Artwork for a file 2 Use Lookup Image button 3 Use Browse button --> The Select image files window only allows you to select a single file, in MM4 it allowed multiple file select 2) D&D of multiple Artworks onto Artwork tab 1 Open Properties > Artwork for a file 2 Drag & Drop a selection of multiple Artwork files onto the Properties > Artwork tab --> Multiple Add cover dialogs open --> The wrong Add cover dialog can receive focus at which point you can't interact with MediaMonkey as the wrong dialog covers the active dialog which isn't accessible 3 Have to close MediaMonkey from Task Manager MediaMonkey should instead should open the Add cover dialog one at a time 3) D&D of non-Artwork stops D&D of Artwork 1 Open Properties > Artwork for a file 2 Drag a PDF file onto the Artwork tab --> This doesn't work, which is expected 3 Drag a Artwork file onto the Artwork tab --> This fails (cursor shows this too) when it shouldn't --> This requires a restart of MediaMonkey to become functional again

Mostly fixed in build 2500. Remaining issue is related to modal window handling, Petr, please look at it. Repro steps: 1) run MM5 - open track properties - artwork 2) run Altap Salamander file manager - drag some image file from it and drop to artwork tab -> Add cover dialog opens and immediately disappears, it is shown after switching away from the app and activating MM5 again. I cannot reproduce with Explorer, but with Altap Salamander always. |

Unable to reproduce in current build |
|
I can still reproduce by given steps. Not always, but very often. |
|
I captured the disappearance of the 'Add Cover' dialog in the log at 0018478 . Logs/Repro steps are at ~65654 I wonder if the track 'again & again' which triggers 0018478 is somehow related to this issue occurring (since Michal indicated that this issue was also track-specific). |
