Summary0018134: Check for updates: Enabling Check for updates do not include addons
DescriptionEnabling Check for updates in Tools -> Options -> General do not include addons. User needs to manually check for updates from addons dialog.

1. We should add Check Box to include Addons just like for beta versions (not sure if we should enable it by default)
2. Toast Message should be added that there is addon updates so that user can easily shortcut to addons dialog

Currently it works well, just discussed offline that we might want to change the default.

enabled by default which is not the case currently:

 Forced the new default for all users.
i.e. so that all users are notified when there is an addon update available.

I don't see any downside of this especially as they are informed via the toast message atm.
