Summary | 0018228: Tagging of Comment of large amount of files fails
Description | When tagging comment for a large amount of files (tested with 2000) MediaMonkey seems to tag the files. Status indicates both the database update and the tagging, but neither the database nor the files have the changed Comment.
Steps To Reproduce | 1 Select 2000 files 2 In Properties edit Comment --> Expect Comment to show new value, instead it doesn't

Adding a comment took over 7 minutes to update a 1000 database entries. Tagging itself worked on a large amount of files. |
|
On my database (20K tracks, 89 MB) updating 1000 tracks takes just 10 seconds. But testing your database (300K tracks, 1.5 GB) it takes minutes, to be found why... |

Fixed in 2503 (was related to fix of 0018274) |

Verified, 2503 is much faster in tagging a large set of files. |
