Summary	0018364: Case Checker, present options in an overlay
Description	This likely would be nice for other tools too, so if a documented mechanism can be created that others can use that would be great. Instead of always displaying the user settings it would be nice if the can be shown as an overlay when a user needs to access it. An animated overlay that drops from the top, exposing all settings would be nice, requiring just a setting button to reveal. This results in a much cleaner interface.

Especially as header ends with : 2.
