Summary | 0018429: If MM5 was started with command line then on Skin change, restart do not parse original command line
Description | If MM5 was started with command line (like /INI parameter) then on Skin change and restart do not parse original command line and open with default settings like MM5 was not started with command line.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Start MM5 with any command line (/INI is most common as user can parse custom DB location) 2. Change skin 3. Accept restart prompt 4. MM5 is restarted but loads default INI file instead of one parsed in Command line
