| Description | 1) Choose alternate (Album) doesn't communicate that it actually edits metadata: When in 'My Library', 'Choose alternate (Album)' edits the album/year metadata but it's not clear to the user. In _this usecase_ ('My Library'), the wording should change. --> Switch / Edit (Album) 2) Choose alternate (Release) should only be an option when browsing online: When the user is browsing library content, 'Choose alternate (Release)' has no effect so it shouldn't be displayed. i.e. it should only display in 'Online' mode when it affects the tracks displayed for the selected album 3) For consistency, 'Choose alternate' should be changed to --> Switch i.e. There should be a string for 'Change' and another string for 'Edit' and MM should display the appropriate combination: Switch (X) Switch / Edit (X) | ||||

Fixed in build 2612. We have also "Update properties" checkbox, which defines, whether choosing alternate album/artist changes also value in track properties or not, so "Switch" versus "Switch / Edit" takes also this into consideration and displays "Edit" only in case "Update properties" is checked. |
